Why do I need to register/apply?
To ensure a successful partnership, we like to personally approve all retailers. Registration is essential to be considered and gain access to all our special trade rates and pricing.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We make it easy to start! The minimum spend for wholesale orders is R1000. There is no minimum quantity per individual item, giving you the flexibility to choose exactly what you need.
How is shipping handled?
We offer free shipping on all wholesale and trade orders over R3500 across South Africa. Pick up is available in Cape Town by appointment. Please email us at hello@proviant-living.co.za
Can I order on account?
We currently accept a range of standard payment methods (card, EFT). While credit terms for long-term partners are being considered for the future, all orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
